It was a terrible day today for the National Association of Science Students (NASS) as its faculty president, Comrade Chris lost his life in a fatal accident along Ile-Ife road,Osun State while coming back from Idanre Hills in Akure.

The bus which conveyed the president and some members was roportedly said to have run into a container when the students in bus were all asleep after going through a stressful day at Akure. The students have been forewarned by a princess of Idanre shrine to leave the next morning that she forsees but the students insisted on leaving that same day(Friday)

Sources said:
"Immediately after the accident happened as at after six-seven o'clock,they were rushed to the state hospital(Ondo) with the full support of the FUTA SUG president,but it took the hospital workers(Nurses & Doctors) time before they started attending to them which was quite unfair.
..The report reaching us was that they had to go and purchase some things at outer Pharmacy store so that they can use it for the treatment of the student.
Pertaining the Mini Campus, they behold no fault or complain in accordance to the incident, they have been working so hard and as well dashed out drugs to student ever since the arrival of the student, they issue drugs to the injured ones and injected the necessary ones..  But quite unfortunate that Chris and a Lady were left at the state Hospital due to the critical condition in which they were unable to access proper treatment, the mini campus thereby instructed the Ambulance vehicle to go and convey them back to school this morning from Ondo..
But the report reaching us now is quite cruel, more brutal,so sadistic & really vicious...
The NASS president is dead...

45 Year Old Woman Marries A Train - When the train revs up his engines, it turns me on.

A 45 year old woman, Carol Santa who is from California marries Santa Fe train station as she claimed that she had been in love with the train station for 36 years.

Beware Of Rove Beetle a.k.a Skirt And Blouse

Rove Beetle a.k.a Tomcat or Skirt and Blouse is a very dangerous insect that looks like ants with a red and black colour on it's body. It doesn't bite nor sting.
Studies shows that the insect contains a potent vesicant in their haemolymph which can produce a skin irritation  called dermatitis linearis. Once killed and it's fluid come in contact with your skin, there will be a skin disorder.
Although, it occurs throughout the year but peaked in July - September which has a climate humidity.
Rove Beetle releases a toxin called paederin toxins on anything it touches especially human skin which can cause skin burns.

How to prevent having contact and irritation if you come in contact with one
Firstly, do not scratch or rub it no matter what.
Do not crush the insect with shoes or sandals because it can spread the toxins into the air and will definitely be left behind on your shoe.
Spray the insect until it's not moving anymore, then pick it with some tools keeping the insect far away from your skin.
Wash your hands thoroughly and other places or materials that came in contact with the insect.
Minimize the use of light near windows or doors since the beetle is attracted to light.
Use mosquito nets, aerol spray to kill the incoming insects
Do not kill it on your body, just blow it away.

How to cure the wound caused by Rove Beetle
If the toxins come in contact with your body, burning sensation occurs which will make the skin turns red followed by the appearance of a pus in the center of the wound for few days.
Wash it off immediately with mild antiseptic permanganate diluted potassium (KMn04) such as hydrocortisome 1% and weak steroid creams and antibiotics such as neomycin sulfate betametasone 5%
Do not scratch the wounds because the venom can move to another part of the skin.

Ondo APC Suspends Timi Frank, Said He Is A Disappointment

Ondo State Zona Working Committee(ZWC) of All Progressives Congress(APC)  has suspend the Deputy National Publicity Secretary of the party, Mr. Timi Frank on Friday, 4th of October, 2016.
According to the APC Public Secretary in Ondo State, Omo'ba Abayomi Adesanya,  he told the newsmen in Akure that "the action of the ZWC is long overdue because Timi Frank has really embarrassed the party in recent times. He has shown that his character does not possess the quality required to occupy such exalted position".

He also said Timing had contravened some provisions of the party's constitutions, rules and regulations especially Article 21 by ruthlessly dabbling into politics of Ondo state APC primary that he knows nothing about.
